Breakfast was very complete and delicious. The staff always made an extra effort to provide anything that wasn't on sight. The staff was extra helpful! And the hotel is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults alike. There's no better hotel for children.

Excelente hotel business class

It was very nice. Rooms are large. The bed was comfortable but could have been a little softer. There are snacks in the hallway by elevator and coffee and a few breakfast things in the morning.

The parking was fine and the room was OK despite being a bit jaded. It's a big place and needs more guests! Plenty of hot water. The room did get relatively hot due to the large window and it's exposure. The hotel has a large restaurant/cafe which seems to be permanently closed which is a shame as it means a walk for breakfast. The centre of town is only 15minutes walk and is well worth visiting. The hotel has good parking, potentially good facilities and plumbing that works. It just needs the investment to make it tops.

The room was spacious, clean and good, It had the promised view. The breakfast was tasty and the attention at breakfast was really nice. The breakfast area is really nice ans relaxing.

The hotel was clean. Parking is secure and the hotel is easy accessible. Good enough for 1 night stay without lots of expectations.

Everyting was according to what you expect from a good hotel; complimentary shuttle service from the airport, professional staff at the desk and a clean and spacious hotel room. The breakfast was sufficient. Compliments to the kind driver of the shuttle service.

Don’t stay at this hotel! This hotel scammed my money outright. They refuse to respond to any communication, and the contact number they provided is completely fake. Their own hotel policy clearly states: if you can’t check in and have already submitted a cancellation request, they will only charge the first night’s fee. However, they took the full amount of my booking instead of following their own rules. They ignore all messages and refuse to resolve the issue. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Do not book this hotel unless you want to get scammed out of your money.

Superb Hotel. Lovely deluxe room. Very comfortable bed. Good location. Gardens and pool spotless.

A nice place to relax, online 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the pyramides.

It was just what I needed for a short stay and a good price. Comfortable rooms and the restaurant is great.

The staff was nice, location was a bit far from the city, but if looking for a location close to the highway, this is a good location.

Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, but what I most appreciated was how efficient and kind the staff were. I had a noise complaint in the wee hours of the morning, and was quickly transferred to a new room.
