It was very nice. Rooms are large. The bed was comfortable but could have been a little softer. There are snacks in the hallway by elevator and coffee and a few breakfast things in the morning.

What I liked most was how beautiful and decorated the city center was for the Day of the Dead festivities. What I liked least was the traffic. It's already very difficult to get around by car, and parking is very expensive.

I think Toluca is an underrated city.

I think Toluca is an underrated city. I really enjoyed that it's now so close to Mexico City, thanks to the intercity train. The tranquility of its streets, its spacious central plaza, the beautiful rector's building of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. And above all, the delicious food, the "cow-shaped" tortillas and the breakfasts at "Café con Leche."

The pleasant provincial atmosphere is maintained even though...

The pleasant provincial atmosphere is maintained even though the city is growing very rapidly. The Cathedral is majestic and a work of art, as are many other smaller churches nearby. The homemade food prepared on weekends (lamb and beef) is excellent, although you should ask around and look for it in the nearby towns, as you can return to stay in Toluca.

I visited Toluca for a sporting event, and I really enjoyed...

I visited Toluca for a sporting event, and I really enjoyed everything. The historic center is beautiful at night, with very peaceful streets, and the cathedral and government palace are all lovely. The sporting event I attended was the Toluca City Marathon. It needs a bit more organization, and there are many challenging climbs, but I think it will improve.

The locals are very friendly.

The locals are very friendly. They have a wide variety of traditional foods, all delicious and very competitively priced. There's everything you could want to see and do, from museums and parks to restaurants and more. We highly recommend visiting Toluca; we felt very safe there.

Toluca is a beautiful, very peaceful city with warm, friendly, and helpful people. I loved its cool, rainy climate and its lush vegetation. I especially loved its architecture; the Cosmovitral is absolutely gorgeous, a true work of art, and its crafts are beautiful. Visit Metepec!

A nice small hotel located very close to the center of Toluca. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The internet connection worked well and I liked that the room service came every day to freshen up the room. The hotel is basic and a bit run down, but they keep everything very clean and running. Given the low price, I was very satisfied!

i enjoyed my stay. it's...not for long term. it's basically a hostel for people waiting for the next flight out of toluca. and it does have very good restaurants. just have cash money on you, because the taxis and even if you're brave enough - the buses - i'll finish this in the complaints

Location! Close to the cosmovitral, parks and stores. The best complementary breakfast ever!!! Friendly and polite staff!! They made our stay worth it. Lobby was full of natural light, same as dining area. Clean room and areas.
