Functional hotel near to large city park. About US$3 from Flixbus or Central bus station by uber. Area seems safe, especially during daylight hours, eateries all around. 24 hour reception and key card access to room. Friendly staff, some speak some English. Clean. Quiet night hours for guests (not all guests follow this rule), main road noisy. Payment by booking.com. Excellent wifi/internet/network in room (not tried elsewhere). Breakfast (7 to 9am) in attached restaurant, tea, coffee, juice, cereal, toast and spreads. Also coffee and snacks in room on arrival. Small bedroom, small double bed, bedside unit & lamp on one side. Bin. Small worktop and chair. Small hanger for clothes, no other storage. Safe. Ceiling fan & air-conditioning (and extra blankets if too cold). Large, flat screen TV with streaming (eg Netflix). Option to have room cleaned daily, or not. Good size bathroom, plug in sink, excellent hot water shower
