The hotel is very clean and very conveniently located with a secure parking. Mr Gozalo Pierto , The General manager of the property, is all hands on and the most hospitable Manager i have dealt with. He makes sure that you are most comfortable at this hotel and everything is working well for you. The rooms were outmost clean and tidy I haven seen for a while traveling in Mexico. This hotel for it's size deserve the most and best rating of all and I highly recommend it.

The hot springs were amazing and very beautiful, compleletly lit with natural light. Such a cleansing and holistic experience! The buffet dinner and breakfast was delicious and service excellent. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds and lots of natural light. Extra activities were fun! We saw Jupiter and Saturn!!

Great weather lots of restaurants, down town is very walkable friendly people great place to vacation. One of our best and must stops when in Saltillo is Los pioneros it’s a great restaurant to have some great tacos and cafe.

Wife's extensive family from Torreon and Gomez P. ....

Wife's extensive family from Torreon and Gomez P. .... attended 15th birthday party all night until 2 am ...... always like Torreon, hot but the semi-tropical trees have beautiful flowers and the Menudo in Torreon is the best in all of Mexico and the world, Chihuahua menudo is 2nd best and Saltillo 3rd best.

The accommodation for dogs is inaccurate.

The accommodation for dogs is inaccurate. After showing my email and proof the front never asked if we had a dog we were kicked out. The front desk women lied and denied saying she asked if we had a dog. My dog is a medium size dog. To them that is a large dog and they would not let him stay. He weighed two pounds over the limit and told us we had to leave.

There is literally nothing to do here.... just a giant...

There is literally nothing to do here.... just a giant suburb and you need a car. The ubers are really expensive . Was here for a girl but otherwise, nothing else where and would never go there. Too spread out and transport sucks

It’s a large industrial city in Northern Mexico .

It’s a large industrial city in Northern Mexico . The weather in mid - October was very pleasant, specially in the mornings . The people of Torreon and very kind and friendly and very hardworking. I went to visit my wife family and was surprised to see both local and US companies that are established there . Food options were diverse and delicious. The breakfast at our Hotel Moka were amazingly delicious. One of the local ice cream places , Nieve Chepo had delicious local flavor any visitor to Torreon must try . In summary a diverse city , full of hardworking, wonderful people who are working hard to develop Torreon into a unique and safe city in Mexico .

The only restaurant there is beside the hotel but need...

The only restaurant there is beside the hotel but need reservation and always full, so I suggest before arrive you can eat first in the downtown. You can order wine and the staff in the hotel can bring you the wine to your room or to the lobby or to the pool.

The city is fine but the hotel was a desastre.

The city is fine but the hotel was a desastre. I got the hotel for 5 days and we stay only for now day, because sink was licking no towels toilet had't no water the ppm was too hot because no air conditioner sheet beds where so dirty no elevator. nobody help us with the luggage so I decide to live next day, I am waiting for my money to be return. , this is no right to chit people special when we travel from far away you suppose to do something about this, Pedro Lopez

Its a great place to visit people treat you so nice and food is delicious there is taxis and car rentals a lot of security. Dont forget to visit el cristo de las noas has a great view of the city specifically at night.
