Mr Gozalo Pierto , The General manager of the property, is all hands on and the most hospitable Manager i have dealt with. He makes sure that you are most comfortable at this hotel and everything is working well for you. The rooms were outmost clean and tidy I haven seen for a while traveling in Mexico. This hotel for it's size deserve the most and best rating of all and I highly recommend it.

Wife's extensive family from Torreon and Gomez P. .... attended 15th birthday party all night until 2 am ...... always like Torreon, hot but the semi-tropical trees have beautiful flowers and the Menudo in Torreon is the best in all of Mexico and the world, Chihuahua menudo is 2nd best and Saltillo 3rd best.

It’s a large industrial city in Northern Mexico .
It’s a large industrial city in Northern Mexico . The weather in mid - October was very pleasant, specially in the mornings .
The people of Torreon and very kind and friendly and very hardworking.
I went to visit my wife family and was surprised to see both local and US companies that are established there .
Food options were diverse and delicious.
The breakfast at our Hotel Moka were amazingly delicious. One of the local ice cream places , Nieve Chepo had delicious local flavor any visitor to Torreon must try . In summary a diverse city , full of hardworking, wonderful people who are working hard to develop Torreon into a unique and safe city in Mexico .

Its a great place to visit people treat you so nice and food is delicious there is taxis and car rentals a lot of security. Dont forget to visit el cristo de las noas has a great view of the city specifically at night.

I don't ever give 10 stars to a hotel but this hotel earned Alton Stars plus even more :-) the people were genuinely concerned about my well-being my safety and we're super kind and helpful with any question that I had.. the room was clean and small just a standard room nothing fancy but met my needs that I was there for an event. Thanks to this wonderful 24-hour staffed hotel!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very positive experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and well-kept. The price-performance ratio was excellent, offering good value for the quality of service provided. They also handled a reservation change smoothly, which was much appreciated—I would consider staying here again.

The bed was a bit more comfy than Hotel Villa that I stayed in the night before and the pool a bit cleaner. The kitchen facilities were good with a large fridge and microwave.
