This property was great and in a good area. There’s security at the parking lot entrance at all times and the parking lot is fenced. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. They offer an amazing breakfast and there really is a lot to choose from. I highly recommend this place.

Wry clean quiet and good location

The place is really good, I fully recomend to stay there. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and bars in the city. The room was clear, simple but have everything that we needed ;)

I cannot express enough how happy and comfortable I was, I didn’t want to leave. The bed and pillows are amazing! I have stayed here several times and the quality of their service from your arrival to every type of room is still top notch, much appreciated

The buffet needs to get a little more meals added to it, but everything that was there was great.

I stayed there for over a week. All staff was really nice and polite this time.

the ac turn on when we arrived, Mexicali has extreme weather so it would be nice g to have the room fresh before we arrive

The place was very centric, next door to an amazing restaurant, (try their milanesa or country fried steak). The room was very small, but cozy and exceptionally clean. The hotel was under some construction and never had issues with parking. There were always employees walking around, and they were all very friendly and willing to help. Sunday morning breakfast buffet was TO DIE FOR.

I absolutely adored that the property featured a charming statue of Don Quixote to greet guests as soon as you entered through the hotel walls! There was also a water fountain alongside the statue of Don Quixote de La Mancha. I also liked that the property provided 24-hour front desk service, free parking, clean linens, room service, excellent air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, a smart tv, and free water for guests. The staff were so accommodating that they helped us when we accidentally locked the keys in our car! True lifesavers!
