We loved the house, it has a beautiful interior, is right on the beach with an incredible view of the surfers, and has a spacious pool (though shared with other houses). Most of the amenities were great and the location is very special and quiet.

Set away from the crowds at Puerto Escondido, Casa Kuul is a quick drive up the highway in a gated community near the beach. The house itself is beautiful: the two bedrooms sit under the living room and kitchen, which are open plan covered by a high, thatched roof. Mark has installed multiple hanging fans, and lights - lovely vibes in the evening with some music on and the pool lit up. There are no other guests to listen to, and all you will hear when you sleep are the waves crashing on the beach near by. It’s a special spot, and we already rebooked to go back in a few days.

Samora Luxury Resort has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Santa María Colotepec.

Beautiful property, the gardens are immaculate and well kept, very peaceful atmosphere. The pool is the standout feature and it’s stunning. The location is on a private beach, amazing sunsets - it’s about a 30 min taxi in to the town but once at the resort you won’t want to leave!

Casa Toro is a unique and vibrant place in Puerto Escondido. The design is stylish yet relaxed ad cozy, creating the perfect beachy atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, and the mix of private and social spaces makes it easy to meet people or just unwind. The bar by the pool is super cute, and the pool is amazing for relaxing during the day. One of the highlights was the sauna and ice bath – such a great way to recharge! We also had a yoga wellness event with a little DJ session, which made the experience even more special. Gonzalo at the bar is super friendly and makes amazing cocktails, adding to the great vibes. The gym and rooftop weren’t fully ready yet, but they already look sick—I’m definitely looking forward to seeing them on my next trip! Also, the location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the busy area in La Punta where all the best restaurants and bars are.

Very cute boutique hotel with fantastic staff always greeting with a smile and happy to help (book taxis, recommend dinner etc). We loved the pool and Diego was an awesome barman. Mini room is a little on the smaller side but it's clever designed to maximise space and appropriate curtains to give privacy from the street. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the hustle & bustle of the main street, and to the beach. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved this place! For us the absolute highlight was for sure the view from the rooftop terrace and pool. You have an ocean view and can watch the most beautiful sunsets there. Also the location was nice, not in the buzzy area of Punta but close enough to Punta and Zicatela. The rooms are pretty, spacious, very clean and everything is well designed. The owners are gold and we hope to be back one day soon!

Great location, slightly further away from any noise but still close enough to everything. Room was spacious, bed was big and comfy, lovely balcony area, garden and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
