Seemed a little strange with no staff there for 24 hours but the self check in was effective and I guess it was off season so they didn't need staff

Charming & inviting design, clean, comfy beds, great service, and excellent location.

Location was great walking distance to downtown.

The hotel is aesthetically gorgeous. The facilities are good. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom was the best we'd had at any of the hotels we had stayed at in our nearly three weeks in México. The staff at the hotel were helpful and understanding. We travelled as a group of three friends and the extra night in Guadalajara was essentially just a very long layover for us, and they were able to allow us three to a room despite it being set up for two (thankfully the bed was massive).

2.2.km from the main bus station, so a handy position. Outdoor area very nice and protected We checked in super late due to flight delays and the receptionist was there to welcome us Free and cold water fountain available at reception. Free WiFi working in our room. Room clean and large with towel, shampoo and shower gel. King size bed comfortable and clean. Also WhatsApp customer service was amazing. Quick and efficient. They also provided the shuttle (with an extra fee). Very impressed by the all experience.! Definitely recommended

The view was beautiful, very private and quiet facility. The staff was super friendly and accommodating!!! My family and my experience was 10/10!

Parking and no noise in the room

Great value for money. Location close to the old intercity bus station and a 15 minute walk from Center City. Room and furnishings clean and basic. Had a nice view from my sixth floor window. Good breakfast. Polite and capable staff. Express local bus stop nearby.

Tranquil property in Mexican style and right at downtown of Tlaquepaque. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my late arrival. And even when breakfast was simple, it was abundant: big bowl of fresh fruit, coffee and bread.

This hotel is little oasis. It's on Independence street in the heart of Tlaquepaque just by the statue of the giant, so an amazing and busy location, but once inside you are in a beautiful tranquil garden with a hydrotherapy pool. The rooms are modern and spot with king size beds and the owner Tar couldn't have been more helpful, he leant me his mobile charger because I'd left mine behind, helped me sort out a taxi to the airport for 4am and got up at that time to make sure I was able to leave. I was sorry I couldn't stay longer but will definitely be back next time I'm in Guadalajara.

We loved how big the rooms were and the design, detail and thought that went into each room. The breakfasts were also amazing!
