My flight was delayed as such I arrived at the hotel almost midnight . The staff and the manager on duty upgraded me to another room which was available . The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly . Problems were quickly attended . I want to give a big thank you to the staff who dealt with the bathroom issue and the hard work he puts in when in shift . They know who they are .

I like Ikeja because you can move around freely and you get to experience the sweetness of Lagos Mainland with plenty places to visit if you have the time. I usually stay not too far away from the airport. During my stay, I visited ShopRite and stopped by item 7 with my family to pick some fast-food.

Quite a bit to do although you need a take taxi because most things to do were in Lekki. No reason for so much poverty. If you can bring a few dollars because the people will attack you for money due to poor government control and poverty

Not recommendable especially if you are coming from abroad.

Not recommendable especially if you are coming from abroad. A way to make customer pay more as they will always tell you the room you reserved is not available when you get there. Hence put you in a position that makes you get a much more expensive room especially when you don't have a choice. Poor customer services and facilities.

I loved the location and enviroment because there was alot of activities going on there like clubs, restaurants, shops etc I think the only thing I didnt like was my apartment and the hotel because there was no kitichen facilities, no kettle for hot water and the fridge was so old that i wasnt comfortable leaving my food in it

A lively place to be, there is a lot to get out of the place. The Christmas decorations was on point,. The traffic was nothing to write home about - simply busy due to the Christmas period. Great to see they have a statue in honour of the great Fela Anikulapo Kuti errected. Would visit and recommend as its shows rich history of Lagos vibes

My stay at Bon Hotel Ikeja Residence was truly delightful. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, providing a relaxing home-away-from-home experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is calm and inviting, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of well-prepared meals served in a pleasant dining environment. The location in Ikeja is also a great advantage, offering easy access to key areas while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, Bon Hotel Ikeja Residence exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation and excellent service in Ikeja. I look forward to staying again.

Staff were friendly. Manager on the day of our checkout was very kind. We were going to miss our flight and when I approached the receptionist to see the manager on duty re-our concern getting to the airport on time, the manager provided a driver and a hotel bus to drop us at the airport free of charge.. That was very kind of her. We appreciate her kind gesture. So Manager, if you are reading this, we say a big thank you. God bless you.

Nothing at all did I like with this horrible hotel with mannerless people with zero sense of customer service. No one should ever put up with their level of poor service. Moreover, they have no locatable address rather it says close to Lagos airport, Omole-Ikeja. This fraudsters knows there is no Omole in Ikeja.

The hotel is located in main Ikeja area and very close to airport. Also, there is an opening bar around in the area to enjoy nice cold drinks and foods, not expensive or costly. Breakfast was reserved around 7am in my room and I like it. Omelette, bread and tea reserved

The hotel staff told me a lot of lies. Shower was not working properly. I reported it many times but nothing happened. Food on my 1st night was full of sand. Breakfast the 2nd day was fantastic.
