Ikeja is a nice neighborhood but the ibis hotel is total rubbish. The rooms are very small with the wall that’s old and a 14 inches TV. The picture quality of the tv is nonsense and the cable offers limited option. Customer service is zero and the overall customer experience is terrible. Will never recommend this hotel for anyone

The location is very central and has easy and quick access to the Ikeja axis in Lagos. The property itself has a serene environment and other occupants around were friendly and helpful too. To get the best of the location, It's better to be mobile, getting around is very easy but may require long walks. Overall, the stay was spot-on

For those familiar with Ikeja, the Hotel is easy to locate. Google Map is also handy. The facility is in a serene part of Allen Avenue. The only flaw is a deliberate increase of the rate for the room that I booked. I had to pay extra. The room is clean but the Air conditioning in the room is very okay but dripping condensed water into the room. There are cockroaches about the room. There is the need to improve on the sanitation.

I loved the cuisines for lunch and dinner. The buffet was great. But would love that the restaurant is improved to take care of a bit of flies hovering during my lunch in there. Overall I loved my stay and would recommend Ibis for quietness and proximity to the airport.

I loved the spacious room, the facility functioned very well though the floor and wall tiles in the bathroom is just too old despite the daily cleaning by the house keepers. I suggest the tiles and other plumbing facility in the bathroom should be changed to new ones. The house keepers should equally remember to put the daily toiletries in each room without having to call the front desk for reminder.
