The room and gardens were exceptional

The staff was so personable and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and we made very good use of the pool! It was so close to all the sites we wanted to see and had a perfect stay in Leon with our two kids. Would definitely come back!

Nicest hosts weve come across, so friendly & helpful. Breakfast included which was eggs fruit toast & coffee. Room was decent sized, glad we had aircon as it was very hot! Good shower although sometimes low water pressure but you just flick a switch by the kitchen. Nice garden area & balcony.

The entire place inside and outside my room were very clean, the place was very secure, staff were always available and very helpful, and the Casa de los Berrios was just four short blocks from the centre of town. They also had plenty of free coffee.

The Hotel is super clean and the rooms are spacious and well lit. I was lucky enough to also have a great view on the church next to the hotel which makes for some great sunrises. It's also centrally located and close to everything you might need in Leon or want to do in Leon (groceries, cathedral, hiking tours, etc).

This was a fabulous place to stay in Leon; very close to multiple restaurants and the main square. It is quite safe walking around at night. We had a small room next to the pool which was mostly very quiet. Lovely garden area for breakfast or evening drinks The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, I highly recommend Milton at the front desk, who went out of his way to help us find a private car service to our next stop in El Salvador, as our extensive Internet searches were fruitless. (See below) We really appreciate the efforts that Milton made to help us. Claudio, from ‘Transport & Shuttles Nicas’, can be found on FaceBook, and he was far better and far cheaper than other corporate car services we found and he drove us in a brand new very comfortable air con car all the way through Nicaragua across Honduras and crossed two borders to get us safely and easily into El Salvador

Perfect location next to the french bakery, very central and convenient for walking around town. Spectacular view of the cathedral with amazing sunset. Staff was really sweet and helpful.

Very quiet spot on quiet street with comfy beds. Heidi at the front desk is the sweetest lady and very caring. Donna the manager or owner help me with understanding something in Spanish and was very nice. The people make this hotel Great.
