Great care taken on the details and finishes in the room- fresh fruit, water available and some toys for the kids. They can also play in the little courtyard. Bar and restaurant are also really nice. It's an amazing apartment in a very convenient location. It's right in the middle of town, less than a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Our host was great! She made sure there was a loaf of Frisian sugar bread there, plenty of coffee, and some other snacks. The beds are comfortable and the space is pretty large with cozy seating areas. There's a pretty large kitchen in there so you can do your own cooking if you want to. I'd definitely strongly recommend this apartment for a stay in Dokkum!
