Location is great, the walking distance from the main city sights. The room was great as it was a corner room, so the windows faced two sides and we could enjoy the sunset right in our room. Having a coffee machine in the room was nice. We didn't have a chance to enjoy a jacuzzi but it looked very nice. And the TV right on the bathroom mirror was a cool feature.

The overall experience was amazing. The hotel location is extremely central, everything is around 10 to 15 minute walk. You're surrounded with shopping streets, bars, restaurants and all. Also, the hotel was very close to the central station, we walked there from it! The room was very spacious, very comfy and extremely clean. The staff are very welcoming and extremely nice! The check-in process was delightful! In addition, the facilities were amazing, the lounge area where you can work or chill was exceptional; and the idea of the food market was super nice. No matter what hour, you can access the food market and get a drink, food, or even items you might need. Amazing hotel! Definitely staying there my next time in Rotterdam!
