Beautiful views of the windmills from your bedroom. Comfortable beds, nice updated bathrooms. Quaint dining room/living space where you get your breakfast and beautiful courtyards on the water. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and market. The host was beyond friendly! So quiet and peaceful, truly the most amazing and unique experience. A way better option than staying in the city plus the train station is only a 15 min walk.

First of all let me just say that the architecture of this hotel is simply amazing😍 I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in!!! The rooms were pretty big and so was the bathroom. Had both a shower and a tub. The train station was right above us and made it so much easier for us to get around! Zaandam is honestly a beautiful town😍😍 will definitely be visiting again very very soon!

The location is great, being close to the train station means you can get quickly to the city center, to the airport, etc. It's far from the city center and the overpriced and tiny accomodations there. But shopping centers and restaurants are also close by in Zaandamm. The bed was soft, the room was big, parking was available if you're by car.

Very strategic location, near Zaandam centrum and next to the train station. You can reach Amsterdam central by train in less than 20 minutes from there. The rooms are small and basic, but everything is clean and organized. Excellent views of the city. In terms of cost benefit, it is definitely well worth.

Very pleasant 3 day stay at the Monument. Hotel. Villa ery welcoming and staff always eager to assist. Very relaxing break with good accommodation and fine menu. The area offers a relaxing pace of life as an escape from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam which is only 10 mins away by train.

The staff was very kind and professional. The location was awesome. There were a lot of bars and restaurants nearby that we could walk to. The train station was our main use of transportation and it helped that it was close to the hotel especially after a long day of walking.

Beautiful and clean Hotel. Super close to the train station, train come every 15 min to Amsterdam and takes only 10 min to get there. Beds were really comfortable. You can even hire bikes for a few hours or a full day. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff always ready t help. A new hotel with good decoration. In 12 minutes by train you could reach Amsterdam Central Station. Zaandam is a very friendly village with a lot of restaurants.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff were kind, helpful and approachable. The hotel was a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
