One of the best places i ever stayed in. I miscalculated my driving time, so i was supposed to arrive at 1 a.m. The owner and i found a solution, so i was able to check-in even later, at 2 a.m. Nice family-style hotel, comfy beds, everything looks new, very clean, authentic, stunning vies from windows. Perharps the nicest breakfast i ever had (see photo). Close to famous Geiranger, also it is situated at the entrance of the national nature park.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location. We opted for the "fjord-view" room, which was well worth the extra money. Breakfast was lovely, and the spa facility was wonderful.

The location is right at the fjord, and those rooms facing the fjord have got fantastic views. But more so, it’s the people at the reception and office who made the deep difference for me. I was feeling unwell and they got help for me. They went out of their way to ensure that I was looked after and be well. I want to thank the staff at the reception and the back office… they were saints.

The next door waterfall lulls you to sleep. Amazing view from the window. Peaceful. Sondre and his staff were absolutely outstanding. Any request or question was fully answered above above and beyond.
