The Charming House in Ulsteinvik truly lives up to its name. A wonderful spacious house that perfectly combines a nostalgic ambiance with all modern conveniences. Beautifully decorated, we especially liked the stacks of books placed on tables, dressers, and nightstands. The location is excellent: central yet on a quiet street on a slight elevation. This is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we have rented during our travels (we travel a lot and prefer spacious private houses or apartments to hotels). Great room with a view of sea. It was such a pleasant surprise to run into Yvonne at the front desk—the same Yvonne who introduces the hotel in such a humorous way on Rednote. Since we had an early flight, the staff thoughtfully arranged for breakfast to be ready before 4:30 a.m., so we could bring it to the airport. This thoughtful service left a very warm impression.
