The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, spacious, and very welcoming. A very nice apartment with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The place is quiet and peaceful, with safe parking. It is especially convenient for travellers by motorcycle, with a secure place to park the bike. The host is friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. The location is also very convenient as a starting point for exploring Lysefjord and Lysebotn by motorcycle.

This is an amazing place, it's like staying in part of Norwegian History. The staff are wonderful and from arrival you are treated with so much care. The rooms are in different buildings along the old main street, all are in renovated and restored fisherman's houses. They are beautifully appointed and the owners have retained many of the original fixtures and fittings - quite remarkable. The bed in our room was large and comfortable and the view from the window (which you could open) was directly over the river. All spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves good food in the evening and breakfast was good. A short walk takes you to the pretty harbour and a stroll further north brings you to a beautiful headland with an outstanding view out to the sea.
