Number one, super service minded personnel, big smiles, always positive, made us feel very welcome even when we arrived just past midnight. Excellent breakfast, and an absolutely adoring hotel, that has kept a lot of interior from it's original 1926 opening. Very easy parking right outside, bautiful location by the river going into the fjord under the steep mountains.

Staff were very welcoming and service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. Food was really amazing, great portion sizes and wide variety to chose from at breakfast. Location is lovely and right next to the ferry on the road to Bergen. Ideal stop on our Norwegian road trip!

Absolutely everything for a large family, a large house, recreation rooms, kitchen, bathroom, everything you need for a long stay, children are fully occupied, board games, darts, football, everything is great, jacuzzi open 24 hours no extra charge, gas grill. Walk along forest trails, guest house in the mountains, free of charge. Lake, river, fishing, rowboat, life jackets, everything is there and everything is included in the price of the property. Quiet, peaceful, great views of nature. For a small fee you can use the wood-fired sauna on the lake shore, fantastic. The owner is very kind and helpful. The property has a lot of information about the sights of the area. I recommend it, we will definitely come back here in the summer !!!
