The apartment was excellent - comfortable, nicely furnished and well-equipped. The view of the harbour was spectacular! The host was very friendly and helpful. We have travelled all over Finnmark on this holiday, and this was easily the best accommodation we have stayed in.

Very clean and new place. Neat rooms, the interior has clearly been thought through: enough hooks for your things, even a little make-up mirror. Very well equipped kitchen. Very considerate and pleasant host. Overall enjoyed my stay a lot.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights at this lovely apartment. We honestly couldn't fault it. I always feel a little nervous walking into a new place we've booked to stay, but I got that instant relief and happy/warm feeling when walking in. The apartment is spotlessly clean, it's cute and cosy and has the most amazing sea view. All facilities were provided, including a coffee maker which made me happy! There is a comfy sofa in the lounge where we sat and played cards each evening, a nice size table for eating, and a really comfy bed. Finally the hosts Mette and her husband were absolutely lovely people who we got on really well with. Brilliant hospitality. If (and hopefully when) we come back to Vardo we will be booking this place again for sure.

Meieriet in Vardø was once again a fine experience. Nice big room with private bath, fridge in the room and good beds and seating. Jonny and Dawn are very friendly and accommodating, creating a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant, where breakfast and a few, well-prepared dinner dishes are served. We enjoyed the stay and hope to come back soon.
