Location was excellent. Not in the busiest part of Thamel, but just around the corner. The pool was fantastic and unique to Kathmandu. Staff were amazing and friendly! Will stay here again!

Great location,nice clean room, clean bathroom, super comfy bed and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast and dinner was very good,I travel with my daughter and we felt very safe walking around. The beautiful Monkey temple only a 15min walk for the hotel. I'm planning my second trip to Kathmandu in a few months and I'll be staying here again for sure. Only a block away from Thamel and great shopping.

My 3 teenage daughters and I were in Kathmandu for 4 nights and 5 days. We stayed at the Oasis Kathmandu Hotel. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this Hotel. Everything was just great. The Hotel is conveniently located in Thamel close to everything. We booked a deluxe family suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The Hotel is very reasonably priced. Although the food variety and selection is limited, the free breakfast is delicious. There is no elevator in the Hotel, but that was fine too. The best thing about this Hotel is the staff. Everyone was just amazing. In particular, Mr. Tulsi, the manager, went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He arranged a private car for two days at a very reasonable rate (much lower than other agencies) and also arranged a car to the airport (There is free pickup from the airport upon arrival). All in all, I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel for anyone in Kathmandu. Thumbs up!!!

1. Very friendly staffs are willing to help any issues. 2. Clean and roomy room with hot water shower, especially after trekking. 3. Breakfast perfect enough ( not heavy) with a choice of eggs (fries, scrambled, omlet), toast, naan, vegetables in addition to seasonal fruits (watermelon and papaya in Dec), Greek yogurt, and cereals. 4. Close to Thamel (just around corner with a short cut). 5. Great value to solo and couple travelers. 6. I will definitely stay again!

Great location,nice clean room, clean bathroom, super comfy bed and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast and dinner was very good,I travel with my daughter and we felt very safe walking around. The beautiful Monkey temple only a 15min walk for the hotel. I'm planning my second trip to Kathmandu in a few months and I'll be staying here again for sure.
