Lovely, comfortable beds and carpeted floors. All the basic necessities provided ie. Towel, shampoo and soap. Other guests there were friendly and nice to spend time with in the communal area which had games and books to use. Very clean and comfortable space to relax in. We had an incredible stay - the hosts were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The views were absolutely stunning, with peaceful surroundings that offered the perfect place to relax. The location was ideal: a quiet area close to Hobbiton and just a short drive close to town and other amenities/experiences. Must try the tomahawk steak dinner! Overall it makes you feel like it’s a visit to mom and dad’s!
