I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for my first night in Oman — it felt like genuinely stepping into an Oriental fairy-tale. The hotel has a beautiful fortress design with delicate décor, located in a quiet neighborhood in Muscat. The staff was very accommodating, especially when I had to cancel my first night last minute due to a delayed flight caused by the situation in the Middle East. I loved the luxurious cosmetics, dim lighting, and overall attention to detail throughout the space. Receptionist also gave me great tips on where to buy perfumes and bakhoor in Muscat, which I found very useful. This place has a truly special atmosphere, and I would love to come back.

The room was clean and the location was good

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. Every person working there was so amazingly kind and helpful. They helped me a lot when i came early in the moring and completely exhausted from my flight. We can recommend this place for 100% and looking forward to stay there again at the end of our trip. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your kindnes.

Amazing Hotel Friendly staff

The hotel was clean, had many amenities, including rooftop pool and jacuzzi among other things. The room was spacious and the staff was extremely friendly. We loved every minute of our stay.

Amazing staff. Extremely helpful with absolutely everything. Helped with taxis, coffee and restaurant ideas. Large very quiet room with a balcony.Within a kilometer of a large mall, reasonable restaurants and the grand mosque.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi worked well, and all the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient and offered a nice view. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Room is very neat, well furnished, clean and free of pests compared to the other hotels. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Cooperative and very friendly staff. Convenient location with shops, mall and restaurants are near by the hotel. Free parking available. Very good value for the money we paid. Thank you very much.
