Everything was clean and working, especially the hot water in the shower. Each floor had 2 toilet/shower rooms. The rooftop terrace has a great view of the main plaza and the canyon. The rooftop also has a laundry area to hand wash and hang dry your clothes.

Attention to all details by Edwin and his staff were the highlight of the place. Rooms were basic, but cozy and impeccably clean. Hot water and tea available all day long at the reception. Wifi good. Shower good. And the comforters on the bedding very warm. Hotel was a short block away from the central "Plaza de Armas" where there are a few stores and restaurants. And for us, most importantly, there was a car park which Edwin made available while we did our overnight hike to Sangalle. A+ service across the board.

The hostel is very well organised, the staff is very knowledgeable about the Colca Canyon. We were backpack hiking for two days and we got great recommendations from the Pachamama staff about which hike to do and where to sleep. Originally we planned to sleep in a tent, but we were very glad that we have followed their recommendations and left the tent at the hostel and slept at Llahuar Lodge instead. The hostel goes quiet in the night around 9-10 pm and starts to get busy around 6 am, which for us worked perfectly. The room was warm and the shower was hot. We were happy about the transport that they offer from Cabanaconde to Cusco. There is also a little store at the hostel were you can find different paintings, pottery and so on made by local artists. It is a great place to find some special souvenirs.

Everything. Mostly the hot springs, but also the view point to the vally was very beutiful, the room was comfortable, the stuff were noce and made us sandwiches for the hike, because we left early

The bed was really comfy. Our room was at the back and was a bit chilly even in full sun, but there was enough blankets. The hostel has a tiny kitchen on the highest level where they serve breakfast with the view on the main square.

After trekking 11h we were looking forward to jump into the pool and eat. Pool was really nice: don't understand the other reviews. Dinner was vegetarian and was around 20 soles. Breakfast at 5am with loooots of carbs Room was OK, hot water, clean, towels, good wifi.
