The staff at Lizzy Wasi are simply amazing and made our stay very comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are really nice and it is so easy to just habg out while enjoying the beautiful landscape and surroundings. Our kids enjoyed the friendly Alpaca which we visited daily. Having the breakfast available from 6.15am is a huge plus for jet lagged travelers.

This hotel seems brand new, the staff was super friendly and the rooms - bless them, just perfect. The jacuzzi was AMAZING, more of a spiritual experience rather than "simple fun time". LOVED IT.

Zaida and her husband were the nicest people I have met so far as hotel staff. Zaida made me breakfast every ,morning, she helped me with directions to town, taxis, tooktooks and was generally available and has such great energy. The rooms are simple pleanty of hot water and the bed I slept in was the most comfortable I have experienced thus far in Peru. The garden is lovely and I spent time writing at the little table enjoying both sun and shade. I really felyt comfortable here, like I was staying with a sister. I highly reccomend the Iorana for a enjoyable no fuss, safe place to be in Urabamba.

I absolutely loved this place! Tucked away in the heart of the mountains, it’s surrounded by a stunning garden that adds to its charm. The room was cozy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was done with lots of love. After a month and a half of traveling, I came here seeking peace and quiet, and it was exactly what I needed. The nearby waterfall, just a 30-minute walk away, is an absolute must-see. If you walk a little further past the waterfall, there’s a massive rock where you can sit and take in breathtaking views of the valley below—truly magical. The property also offers a variety of activities, so whether you want to relax, explore, or do a bit of both, it has something for everyone. A special thank you to the host for going above and beyond to make me feel at home and assisting me with translations and transportations for my journey
