A unique experience under the stars, listening to the sound of the river. Our stay at this eco-resort exceeded our expectations. At first, while leaving Ollantaytambo to head to the resort, I was a little worried about being away from the town, restaurants, cafés, and shops. However, the moment we arrived and heard the sound of the river, we realized we had made the right choice. As night fell, the combination of the soft lighting throughout the resort and the soothing sound of the flowing river created a magical atmosphere that I will never forget. It was truly a unique experience. The staff were fantastic, polite, and always willing to help. The outdoor areas were exceptionally well maintained. Our family tent was spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly warm, with heating throughout the night. It was also spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. Falling asleep to the sound of the river was something truly special. The restaurant was a little expensive, but honestly, I wouldn't have wanted to leave the resort to go back into town. The food was very good, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, many of them prepared with local ingredients. Overall, I highly recommend this eco-resort. If I ever return to Ollantaytambo, this will definitely be my first choice.
