After a exhaustive hike through Colca Canyon, we arrived at Colibri Canyon, close to the river in the valley. We were pleasently surprised to find a luxurious little paradise with stunning scenery. The staff was most helpful and friendly, with extensive knowledge of the area. Our room was very clean and not what we expected in such a remote location, with a rainfall shower head and the most comfortable queen size (!) bed. The food was delicious with fresh local produce. Truely exceeded all our expectations! Do yourself a favor and book Colibri.
