I think overall my experience at this hotel was good. Rooms are nice, the garden surrounding them is also very nice, the swimming pool area, the private beach and the restaurant are awesome. Food is great. Nonetheless, I think the user experience that they offer and the way they treat guests could be way better. I felt all the time that I was somehow not being taken care of properly and in the right way.

Loved the o/w lodge. Simply great, amazing view, ocean breeze is fantastic. Tom made my stay so much better - great friendly personality. So nice to talk to. Gave me a ride to/from Harbour and answered all the questions before/during stay.

The Villa Moana is an incredible location situated on the water with a dock to swim from. Very close to Viatape so it made it easy for retrieving groceries or other outings. The host was so nice - she picked us up at the port and dropped us off at our next destination at checkout.
