I liked the comfortable bed and the perfect mix of firm and soft pillows, which gave me one of the best sleeps I’ve had. Breakfast at the Strawberry Bistro was once again delicious, just like my previous visits. I also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location—just steps from Wright Park and the Mansion—and the added bonus of having Starbucks right within the property, where I met friends.

Great food and warm customer service, from the guard, staff all the way to the Manager. I have been staying here several times and they are consistent with their service. They carry our luggage up to the rooms, they offer free bwered coffee all the time which I love. They even have massage services which we love as additional relaxing activity during our stay.

Really clean rooms, staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous. Foods are amazing and breakfast is different everyday. Was not able to enjoy much of the facilities as we attended a wedding here, will definitely come back here next time we visit Baguio. Really close to Mines View Park and can walk all the way to Wright Park and The Mansion if you enjoy strolling.

Baguio has a unique charm that becomes even more magical when the fog rolls in and the rain begins to fall. The cool mountain air, mist-covered pine trees, and peaceful atmosphere create a relaxing escape from the busy city life. Walking through the fog felt almost surreal, while the gentle rain made every cup of coffee and every cozy corner even more enjoyable. Instead of disrupting our trip, the weather became one of its highlights. It gave the city a calm, romantic ambiance that made us slow down, appreciate the scenery, and simply enjoy the moment. If you're visiting Baguio, don't let the fog and rain discourage you—they're part of what makes the City of Pines so unforgettable.

Unfortunately Baguio has very few parking spots all over the city. They also completely rerouted the entrance to the parking at the market to something that makes me question the intelligence of the persons who came up with this new approach which doesn't make any sense. The city if filled with Jeepneys holding the traffic back causing a lot of congestions. If it was not for the SM center this place (Baguio) would not have much to offer. Traffic jams everywhere. And don't even think about going there during the Panagbenga unless you love being stuck in traffic, spending hours looking for a parking spot to finally not finding any - same as in regular times . There are a few good restaurants but most of them have a long way to go to reach international standards although some are trying. The waiters lack training for efficiency, attention to the customers instead of their cell phones, etc.It is a very stressful place to be due to the air pollution (thank you Jeepneys) the noise pollution and the lack of parking. I totally dislike Baguio and I avoid it as much as possible.I guess that it's ok for the Filipinos because they are used to this mess but for a foreigner coming from Europe or America it's a big NO!!!!!

Fun part is the food trip. Friendly people. If you love exploring places by walking this is the place to go. Cool climate, lots of shops, art museum. Safe place for tourists I enjoyed trying different restaurants! Plenty of taxi to bring you around places.

Known as the “Summer Capital of the Philippines,” Baguio sits in the mountains of Benguet and is famous for its cool climate, pine trees, and laid-back vibe—a big contrast to the lowland heat. Diplomat Hotel spot unlocked, first time here. Baguio city is not my hometown but I know my way around the city area. Baguio City is still one of the best destinations in the Philippines—but timing and expectations matter. Best for: ✔ First-time visitors ✔ Food trips and café hopping ✔ Cool-weather escapes ✔ Short stays (2–4 days) Less ideal if you want: ✖ Peace and quiet during peak season ✖ Beach-type relaxation ✖ Flat, walkable terrain

Baguio is nice with cooler temps than most of the country.

Baguio is nice with cooler temps than most of the country. There are good restaurants and transportation is cheap via Jeepney or metered Taxis. They have Grab Taxi which is more pricey but more efficient. There is pollution from the many older taxi's. The newer ones are a welcome addition. There are plenty of tourist destinations to include Burnham Park, Mines View Park, Session Road and SM Baguio. Be sure to pick up coffee, strawberries, Jam, fresh veggies and honey on the cheap.

We definitely loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is exceptional especially when we had our breakfast in their cafe where you get to see a scenic view of Baguio. Considering the affordable price, you already get a 5-star service. The location is far from the center, though (Session Road, etc.) so for those who will go without a car, can just ask or negotiate with taxi drivers to pick you up at the hotel to the location you want to go to.
