We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mia Apartments. The unit was cozy, well‑equipped with all the essentials, and truly felt like a home away from home. The host’s husband welcomed us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel immediately comfortable. The location is excellent — right in between SM Urdaneta and SM Rosales, making both malls very accessible and convenient. One minor area for improvement would be the air conditioning, as it didn’t cool the room enough for its size. However, this did not overshadow the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. A highlight was the café downstairs, Island Joe’s Coffee Lounge. It’s cozy, has a good selection, and quickly became one of our favorite spots. We especially enjoyed their americano, cucumber shake, bolognese pasta, and tuna cheese pesto panini. Special thanks to Kuya Felix at the café for being so accommodating. Overall, Casa Mia Apartments offered great hospitality, a prime location, and the bonus of a charming café right below. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our time at DGM Airbnb. We felt at home with all the amenities and very safe. Ruby came by several times to clean the house and replenish supplies along with new bedding. We would see the guards making their rounds around the neighborhood and at the front gate. I wish we came to visit under better circumstances though. But we came to make funeral arrangements for my dad. It was a very difficult time but our host Mylene along with caretaker Ruby did everything in their power to help us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to take care of us. They had food delivered to us on the day of the funeral, helped me to locate an a/c unit and water heater for the apartment my mom and family were going to move into, helped me secure a ride for my son to go surf at San Juan La Union to decompress, adjusted the sleeping arrangements so that my mom didn't have to go upstairs (she’s in a wheelchair), Mylene even helped me do some research for services that I needed to help with my dad’s affairs. The list goes on and on. I am beyond grateful for their hospitality, generosity, care, and love. I came into Mylene's home as a customer and left as a sister. The property is located at a secure condominium compound with 24/7 security. Upon entering the room, it is simple but elegant. The design that the owner offered was leaning more towards the tropical aesthetic. The place is great for short stays but the owner gave a bit more and rendered extra amenities like (clean towels, vanity kit, welcome drinks, etc.). My pet was welcome too! Overall, it was a cozy overnight stay. Will definitely book again soon when I come back.
