Had a great stay here! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and everything was well taken care of. The staff/host was super friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was okay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and stress-free place to stay! 👍 Ate Grace is such a nice person. I felt so welcomed. Quiet place with a private path to the ocean.

The hospitality of Lea & Terry is unparalleled. Together with their dog pack they made us feel right at home, after 3 nights we felt sorry to leave. We had the honor to sleep in the cottage that dog mother Kabang calls her home, so she welcomed us every morning and evening. The usb-charging situation in the cottage was very well thought through and everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast was amazing and the stairs to the river gave us access to an almost deserted private beautiful little waterfall. Obviously the dogs were so cute and loved to cuddle (I would say: don't book a room if you don't like dogs).

We absolutely loved our stay at the White House. Joy and Lutz are the most wonderful hosts, and their kids quickly became best friends with our children — to the point where our kids didn’t even want to come exploring the island with us because they didn’t want to leave their new friends! The White House itself is gorgeous and thoughtfully set up with all the little extras that make a stay truly comfortable: great cooking facilities, plenty of crockery, comfortable beds, a lovely hot shower, and a beautiful outdoor balcony setting where we loved spending time. Everything felt easy, relaxed, and homely. Joy went above and beyond to help us, organising motorbikes and transfers and even giving us incredibly helpful medical advice when we needed it — we felt so well looked after. This is truly a special place and a perfect escape. Part of us wants to say keep it a secret, because it’s such a wonderful spot to relax, connect, and feel at home. We would return in a heartbeat!

It just does not get any better than this. The place is hosted by an Aussie Jarrod and his Philipina wife Camilla. Fantastic people treated us like friends. The staff were also great and good humoured and looked after us very well. The business has its own very reasonably priced Yamaha 125 scooters, which we rode the wheels off..ha ha ha. The bar is boat themed very charming. The bar and food services are first rate. We dined there every night, and we were served the most delicious meals, some of the best anywhere we have travelled in the Phillipines. The facilities are comfortable with a nice pool, native style huts with great AC roomy bathrooms, a great bed, good TV with HDMI ports. I'm coming back here in the future and will be staying here again for sure. The owners left for an overseas trip before we left and we would just like to thank Jarrod, Camilla, and staff for making our stay a magic experience

I had the great pleasure of staying in one of the spacious beachfront suites directly facing the ocean, with uninterrupted sea views and a wonderfully peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. For anyone looking to truly relax and unwind, Gabayan Riviera is a hidden gem. This hotel is ideal for slightly older guests or anyone seeking peace, nature, and tranquility. It is exceptionally quiet and far away from mass tourism — and that is exactly what makes it so special. The restaurant offers good and tasty food, the three swimming pools are very well maintained, and the comfortable sun loungers invite you to simply switch off and enjoy the day. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding staff — attentive, warm, and always genuinely committed to making the stay as pleasant as possible. One small experience perfectly reflects the flexibility and kindness of the team: I asked at reception about a hairdresser because I couldn’t find one in town. The receptionist immediately offered to ask one of the staff members if he could cut my hair. The next day at 5 PM, I was sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea while the hotel’s gardener gave me a haircut — and he did a really excellent job! I truly appreciated how uncomplicated and heartfelt this solution was. It is exactly these personal moments that make a stay unforgettable. A special thank you to the “haircutting gardener” — that was service with heart. The location is intentionally rural. It takes about five to ten minutes by scooter to reach the main road. But this peaceful seclusion is part of the charm. I really enjoyed the entire southern area of Siquijor — lots of nature, very little noise, and a truly authentic atmosphere. A real highlight are the nearby waterfalls — the stunning Cambugahay Falls, the natural and serene Lugnason Falls, and also the beautiful Lagaan Falls. I completely fell in love with these places — turquoise water, lush greenery, and an almost magical ambiance.
