The setting of this hotel resort property in Ilocas Norte was stunning. Nice room. Authentic Spanish colonial doors and trim. The clean, well-maintained Infinity pool and Vista over the lake toward the former "northern Malacang" (which apparently has a museum dedicated to Marcos) were hard to beat. A rare find and a peaceful getaway! Good meals (dinner and breakfast). Management was very professional, and friendly in conversation. Rooms have great air-conditioning.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, North Stellar Hotel and Events-Place is set in Batac and also provides a garden and a terrace. The hotel has family rooms. At the hotel, every room has a balcony.
