I’ve been traveling for multiple month now and this is by far my favorite stay in this entire time. The pick up service from the airport was excellent and comfortable. They were also super adaptable when our flight was delayed multiple times. We were welcomed incredibly friendly and experienced great communication for any questions that we had. The owners also gave great advice for restaurants, hidden gems and activities of all kinds. They even sent us the google maps locations to make navigation easier. The complementary breakfast is also super enjoyable and it includes variations of fresh bread and coffee or tea. Additionally, they have the opportunity of renting a scooter for a very good price. Furthermore, they offer dinner and even with us being vegetarians, they reacted super flexible and offered a vegetarian option each night especially made for us. The resort is very clean and the room is beautiful. There is even a little beach accessible through the resort and they kindly offer kayak and snorkeling equipment for the guests. The overall atmosphere is incredibly cozy and friendly and all the recommendations for the area were really fun. I highly recommend staying here, we had the best time. Merci beaucoup!

Probably one of the best resort I have yet to go to in suriago. The staff is amazing and hands on, they allowed us to check in and early and always accommodating. They even have Starlink in every room, so the WiFi is strong. Highly recommended.

Staff were fantastic and helped us out with our needs. They even sent me my id which I forgot. The rooms were clean, best showers and comfy bed. The pool was lovely

The unit was nicely decorated and had a lot of usable space. Lheny and her family provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were easy to talk to and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I would definitely recommend a stay in their unit.

I can not fault Bamboo Garden, it's right in the middle of just right. Price is good, the units are big and clean. AAA+ service Would highly recommend.

Literally - EVERYTHING! From the moment we got picked up to the moment we departed, everything was just perfect. The staff were exceptional - Adryn, Jai, Ronald, Jacklyn, Lem, Jerik and others I didn't manage to get their names. The property owners Alex and Luci were so helpful and accommodating as well. I loved the whole feel of the property, felt so home-y. Food was so yummy too! The best part were all the rescues roaming around <3 Will definitely stay here again!

The staff were very easy to approach, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentiveness and genuine care made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed in the King Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The suite was very spacious and perfect for a family. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate shower, and a private toilet — thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort and convenience. It truly felt like a home away from home, surrounded by nature. The place is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, fresh air, and a calming atmosphere that allows you to completely disconnect from the busy world. You can really feel their commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly living in every detail. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the gentle breeze was an experience in itself. The farm-to-table food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with care — you can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the private island hopping experience. It felt exclusive, serene, and incredibly special — crystal-clear waters, untouched beaches, and breathtaking views all to ourselves. Special mention to the boatman who skillfully navigated the waves and ensured our safety throughout the trip. We felt secure and well taken care of the entire time. And the scrumptious lunch served at the floating cottage was unforgettable! Enjoying freshly prepared dishes while surrounded by calm waters and stunning scenery made the experience even more unique and relaxing. It wasn’t just a meal — it was a moment we’ll always cherish.
