I liked the comfortable bed and the perfect mix of firm and soft pillows, which gave me one of the best sleeps I’ve had. Breakfast at the Strawberry Bistro was once again delicious, just like my previous visits. Great food and warm customer service, from the guard, staff all the way to the Manager. I have been staying here several times and they are consistent with their service. They carry our luggage up to the rooms, they offer free bwered coffee all the time which I love. They even have massage services which we love as additional relaxing activity during our stay.

Really clean rooms, staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous. Foods are amazing and breakfast is different everyday. Was not able to enjoy much of the facilities as we attended a wedding here, will definitely come back here next time we visit Baguio. Really close to Mines View Park and can walk all the way to Wright Park and The Mansion if you enjoy strolling.
