Sobrang approachable at accomodating ng staff , lahat naka smile . 6:30 am pa dapat available ang breakfast pero since sinabi ko na mag tour kmi ng 7am , 5:30 am naka prepared na breakfast namin. Thank you guys and see you soon sa aming pagbabalik

The vistas were simply mesmerizing and added an extra dimension to the stay, making it an unforgettable experience. However, what truly set D'Elements apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their warm hospitality and friendliness were beyond compare. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The team's attentiveness and genuine care truly elevated my stay and made it remarkable. The location and design of the whole property is nice. The dining area at the atrium, the pools, the exterior is nice.

I had a great stay at Balai Balatong while on a business trip. The room was well-maintained, and the bed was super comfortable. The service was excellent, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. Looking forward to my next visit!
