This place is one of a kind along the southern coast of Luzon. We stayed for two nights early in the week and we were the only guests the first night and another couple were staying the second night. The level of keeping up the property is very impressing with spotless quality. Very nice situated just by the sea with fantastic view. The breakfast was cooked just for us because of few guests which was understandable. The room itself i fairly basic but very nicely kept in good condition. The owner was present and is very helpful. A restaurant/convenience store is situated just next door which is very practical.

I had an amazing stay at the villa! The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities to do, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Ate Sherilyn was incredibly nice and accommodating, always ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

The entire house was clean and tidy. We have everything we need, with kitchen appliances and utensils - we just need to bring the food we plan on cooking as shops and restaurants are a bit out of the way from this gated community. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The clubhouse pool, which is about 8-10mins walk from the villa is great with 3 mini jacuzzi pools (at time of our visit, maintenance was on Wednesdays). You can use kayaks free of charge but needs to be within certain times. Bikes are free for use too. Great place to unwind with friends and family.

Since we have been visiting the area in the 90's, a lot has...

Since we have been visiting the area in the 90's, a lot has changed, as in A LOT! There are now a lot of resorts, residences, and establishments. I love that the beachfront has improved so much with all the developers investing in the area. We are in one of the restaurants before getting to the Seafront Residences. Since we are familiar with the area, it is easier for us to go around and go back to the town proper to buy essentials. But sure enough there are a lot of convenience stores along the way, so it is OK not to carry all the stuff you need especially if you will be travelling several hundred kilometers away.
