The customer service was top tier from beginning to end. The staff was exceptional providing us with towels, clean room, guest assistance when needed. We initially booked three suites but after looking at the Palacio suite, we identified that met our needs. We’re from the states and this suite would be equivalent to what we would consider a penthouse or presidential suite. We loved the space, clean bathrooms, wraparound balcony, central cooling, & king size bed. We had 8 in our party, and the staff set up extra beds to accommodate the extra people.

Perfection from check in to check out! I travel the world am a member of several million-miler airline loyalty programs and lifetime elite status with a few international hotel chains - I know a gem when I stay at one. Montecristo is an amazing property with an excellent view of Sampaloc Lake, is close to a number of churches and restaurants. Cheers to our gracious hosts, Mon and Cris for a most wonderful stay!
