The staff and management were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, making the entire experience comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings with beautiful mountain views made for a very enjoyable stay. Very clean and brand new room, helpfull staff, good view from the rooftop, good location

Cool May, Jhika Gali and Clouds. This is what describes HSQ Tower in Jhika Gali. We always prefer to stay in Jhika Gali to avoid rush and traffic jam of main Murree. This is first time we chose this hotel and it was worth it. We visited their roof top and they are about to open full restaurant, so we will give them another try during these summer vacations.

The manager Mr yasir is a very generous and kind person. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh linens, tidy furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Waking up to the scenic views of the pine woods and enjoying the tranquil environment was truly a highlight of the trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with outstanding hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and exceptionally clean accommodations.

The location of this hotel is truly perfect, just a 5 min walk and you will be on the mall road. The ambiance of this hotel is great, and for privacy hotel is perfect for families. Rooms are neat and clean. Main lawn has a great view of mountains and perfect place for photoshoot. Highly recommended.
