Loved it! It was so comfortable, clean, properly ventilated and a well maintained hotel. The food choices were great and it always arrived fresh. The staff are also very kind and always try to be helpful. Will surely visit again and recommend it to anyone visiting Muzaffarabad.

The property was extremely well kept. It was really majestic and Osama was so hospitable. He helped us plan our days and was always available for queries and telling us about local enjoyments. The place itself felt like home. We were a family of 7 people with a baby and everyone was super comfortable. We really escaped the hustle bustle of the city and made core memories.

Owner was very helpful. Location is perfect. Specially the night view from roof top. Quiet and comfortable place. Lala Latif hotel is walking distance away which is an outclass restaurant... Really felt like home. . I would recommend this place to everyone.

I initially booked for one day but ended up extending my stay because of how great the experience was. The breakfast here is far better than most hotels, and the view is absolutely stunning. The parking area is spacious, and navigating around the property is very convenient. The staff’s cooperation was excellent and really stood out. While the internet speed is average, mobile data works perfectly fine. Overall, this is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve visited in the northern region. I appreciate SHANI for their positive attitude and cooperative hospitality
