Perfect, many choices and perfect service.

Very clean room and bathroom, a small personal fridge and a comfortable bed. The employees english is not perfect but they make up for it in friendiness anytime! I have not seen an equal hotel in that price range yet.

Nice place, everywhere was clean

Good location, parking on site, clean, good breakfast. More like 4* hotel than 3*.

The staff is what made this a perfect holiday destination for families with children with a pool that is available without limit and a room for children to play. But that extends to the staff as they take a generally positive and friendly approach when dealing with children. Furthermore I ought to mention the diligence and accuracy of the cleaning staff, they were friendly and approachable also, they helped to answer some of my questions during my stay.

Lovely atmosphere and beautiful tasteful decor

The staff was very helpful and kind, breakfast was excellent. We also tried spa (pool and jacuzzi) and it went wonderful!

Superb staff, very friendly and approachable. Check in was without any problem. The room and facilities immaculately clean and fit for purpose. And of course, the location. Magic place for walking.

Everyone was pleasant and accommodating and breakfast was always amazing

Location is good, there are two supermarkets within 5 mins walk and the main road. Also the city centre is close too. Best value for money in the entire area i think. Tried to book it for next year and it was full already, i missed my chance. Also i would mention the very good fact that they have a kitchen, fridge and freezer you can use for free.

The breakfast was wonderful - cooked and cold choices

Clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and perfect location.

Great location, good breakfast, helpful staff, nice food in restorant for reasonable price

Wspanialy I relaksujący pobyt. Bardzo mila obsluga I snaczne sniadanko. Dziekujemy

It was quiet and cosy. Fresh air. Friendly stuff. Good breakfast.

We were thoroughly delighted with our stay at the hotel. Its elegant exterior and palace-like interior made a lasting impression, setting it apart from the other hotels we encountered on our trip. The interior was tastefully furnished, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that even impressed our dog. In Western Europe, it would undoubtedly be classified as a higher-end establishment. The breakfast, served buffet-style in a beautifully appointed dining hall, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Its proximity to key attractions such as the spa park, concert hall, pump room for medicinal and mineral waters, and various restaurants made our stay very pleasant. Duszniki-Zdroj, nestled in the charming Sudetes mountains, is already a picturesque location, and this hotel undeniably contributes to the town's allure. It can be confidently considered one of the attractions of Duszniki-Zdroj.
