I loved that it was kids friendly, nice pool and kids accessories. Pleasant stuff, speaking Czech language and always very friendly. They even surprised me with a birthday decoration.

The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. Hotel has very comfortable pillows.

Little gem on the CZ-PL border. Friendly staff, great homemade and inexpensive food. Self-service buffet with everything you would want, non-alcoholic drinks, tap beer, wine, cocktail ingredients, ice, ice cream, popcorn, snacks. Free private parking.

Superb staff, very friendly and approachable. Check in was without any problem. The room and facilities immaculately clean and fit for purpose. And of course, the location. Magic place for walking.

Location is good, there are two supermarkets within 5 mins walk and the main road. Also the city centre is close too. Best value for money in the entire area i think. Tried to book it for next year and it was full already, i missed my chance. Also i would mention the very good fact that they have a kitchen, fridge and freezer you can use for free.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, as always, with home-baked cakes, hams and sausages from a local producer and the delicious freshly baked bread. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The interior was tastefully furnished, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that even impressed our dog. In Western Europe, it would undoubtedly be classified as a higher-end establishment. The breakfast, served buffet-style in a beautifully appointed dining hall, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Its proximity to key attractions such as the spa park, concert hall, pump room for medicinal and mineral waters, and various restaurants made our stay very pleasant. Duszniki-Zdroj, nestled in the charming Sudetes mountains, is already a picturesque location, and this hotel undeniably contributes to the town's allure. It can be confidently considered one of the attractions of Duszniki-Zdroj.
