Beskid Hotel is located near railway and bus stations, 15 minutes’ walk from the center of Nowy Sacz. It offers rooms with satellite TV, mini-bars and free WiFi. The spa area is well equipped and clean. We stayed there two nights during weekend in April and barely met a few people at the relax area. The breakfast was quit nice as well. The rooms were quiet. Even though there was a wedding reception going on on the ground floor we didn't hear a sound from it.

Nowy Sacz is a very quiet and clean area. There is not much to do, considering it is more of a villiage/town area, but the food is superb. It is nice to visit for a few days. Buses run on time and supermarkets are near. It has its beauty with animals and open spaces.

Not a lot to do in Nowy Sącz, and perhaps because we were visiting on a national holiday weekend, not much was open either. I was surprised there weren't more cafes and restaurants to choose from, but it's a nice enough city. Of course, from here you're very close (about 30-minutes drive) to Krynice and the foothills of the mountains. And for sure there's much to explore and see there.

It is in a great location, everything you need is right next...
It is in a great location, everything you need is right next to it and there's a nice little walk by the river just next to the hotel. Only issue was with the beds as we booked a double (Me and my girlfriend) and we got two singles pushed together with two single duvets. Apart from that great little hotel and great value for money.

Lovely place to visit.
Lovely place to visit. Friendly people and great interactions with local people. Short drive to Stary Sacz, which is another great place to visit. Short drives to many wooden churches, some from 1300's. This is authentic eastern Poland, and the people are genuine, authentic and friendly (especially if you try to learn some Polish phrases). This was THE BEST part of our trip (forget Amsterdam and Vienna).

The town has good links for both train and bus making Kracow...
The town has good links for both train and bus making Kracow and surrounding areas of interest easily accessible. It is a little sleepy at night so if you want night clubs bars and restaurants Kracow is the place to stop just 2 hours away, we did the trip to Kracow on several occasions and it is so cheap to get the bus there, nothing negative to say about Nowy Sanz.

The price and location are great!
The price and location are great! The little hotel has a wonderful resturant and they serve gourmet quality food until late at night. It is cozy and quiet and we had a very relaxing dinner there. This is also the spot for the generous and very inexpensive buffet breakfast. One can not transfer the cost of dinner to the overall bill at the desk. There is a secure area to park the car inside a gate. very nice. The hotel rooms are basic. There is no AC. There is no double bed. there is noise outside.
