Great staff and location of the hotel. Best breakfast ever.

The hotel is really well located on the edge of Krynica. Rooms are spacious. Beds very comfortable. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. Live, background piano music, creates a relaxing atmosphere. We have really enjoyed the spa/ pool/gym area, which wasn't very big but actually never busy when we visited. The water dispensers in the hallway and a 12 o'clock check out were really valued by us. All the staff are very welcoming and kind. Hotel is dog friendly 🙂

A great location but in a quiet area , clean , impressive with lovely staff

very comfortable and nicely decorated room, kind staff

A fantastic hotel, ideal for a winter getaway. The breakfast selection is impressive, the pool is spacious, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Saturday evenings feature live music in the bar, attracting a lively crowd and creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere.

Our stay at Hotel Prezydent was absolutely wonderful, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. We were travelling with our dog, Leo, and he was made to feel just as welcome as we were, which made our holiday even more special. Our room was cleaned every day and was always spotless. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, including the changing rooms, swimming pool, and sauna area, which were always well maintained and a pleasure to use. The food deserves a special mention. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding every single day. Everything was fresh, healthy, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. We especially loved the variety of drinks served at breakfast—we became completely obsessed with the hotel's delicious pink lemonade and still can't stop thinking about it! We would also like to thank Mr. Robert, one of the lifeguards, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and always happy to help. His positive attitude really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Prezydent for such a relaxing and memorable stay. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back!
