Czech RepublicIt is said that in this world nothing is certain but taxes and death. I beg to differ. There is another certainty, i.e. we will definitely come back again to this marvellous place. This hotel along with its personnel is absolutely second to none. It surpassed all expectations. Profound thanks to all the personnel. Everybody was so kind, friendly and helpful. Room was superbly clean. Beds were comfortable. And kids area, "sal zabaw" is a salvation for parents :) Not to mention very affordable prices. See you soon!

Elegant and comfortable.
Elegant and comfortable. This hotel is suitable for everyone, especially families with children of all ages. There is a garden with a playground with shallow pools and 2 games rooms (teenager/child) and you have the possibility of monitoring your child even from the room through the TV system. The staff is very kind and the buffet breakfast was beyond my expectations. as far as I'm concerned the location was ideal for visiting Gdańsk and the surrounding areas. Thanks for everything. :)

All staff from the beginning were very welcoming, and very helpful. The Madame at the front desk helped in getting us taxis to and from places we visited. They went beyond making our stay a memorable one. Very satisfied and hope to visit again. With no doubt I recommend this lovely hotel.

Overall, a very pleasant stay! The room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet area. Although trains pass nearby, the soundproofing was effective and didn’t disturb my rest.
Breakfast was surprisingly generous despite looking small at first glance — plenty of coffee options, warm chocolate croissants, and even a friendly waiter who offered scrambled eggs. Parking was also easy, with plenty of space since the hotel has only a limited number of rooms.

The team at the hotel were all wonderful - speaking some English. The women working in the bar/breakfast room were all excellent, with great memories for what we liked. The breakfasts were memorable in the best possible way - you certainly needed a large appetite for them. The host Pavel was always helpful and accomodating.

Everything; the space outside as inside. The restaurant in evening was wonderful. The SPA was for us enough. Air-condition is a must in summer days.

I rated the hotel 4 stars. great food, convenient location, we got better options in the room than we had booked. the spa center is excellent, a large swimming pool, cozy saunas. The only inconvenience is that the pool is not open in the morning.

Really nice hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Close to grocery shop, pharmacy and sushi restaurant. Good breakfast. So happy with my stay there.
