Interesting history of the castle and nice to be able to visit the restored grand rooms during our stay. Our room was very quiet and comfortable- best nights sleep of the holiday. Nice walk around the moat. Great frog calls too. Good breakfast.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, it was -12 on one of our nights and snow for a few days but our apartment was never cold. Very modern furnishings/building. Hosts were great, you knew they were available should you need them but without bothering you, I accidentally left something important in the apartment and had posted the keys already and the host was available immediately to help me get my things which was great! Very good value for money, would highly recommend and should I need to visit the area again i would definitely stay here again!

Tasty abundant breakfast, was able to order hot omelette, sausages, selections of coffees or pot of tea, local produce incl cheeses and local honey were a nice touch, all included in price of hotel room. Very friendly and helpful staff in reception, made my stay for a week very enjoyable. Lobby upstairs was nice to relax with friends over a drink and cup of tea, lovely.

Great location,modern and clean apartment.There was everything I needed including iron and iron board, kettle,fridge, hairdryer. Clean bedding and comfortable bed.I only stayed for 2 days but really happy with the place.

Excellent communication with the property. All information was very clear and arrived promptly. The host even organized a breakfast earlier, due to early check-out. The room is modern, clean, everything was there to work and have a rest. The location itself is quiet.
