Another great example of perfect, customer oriented and extremely friendly hotel: + staff was very friendly multilingual helpful at any time + excellent dinner and huge breakfast buffet + very nice, with lot of love decorated rooms + wide park area with sufficient car parking lots + very quiet It's a little paradise and we would like to come back any time

The hotel was very comfortable and cozy. I booked it a few hours before the check-in closed at 00:00 h. The room was clean, the stuff was very positive and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The hotel was a bit further from the highway to Dresden but it was not a big deal and really worth of it. It exceeded my expectations.

Great location, facing the river, for a quick walking visit over the old bridge to Gorlitz. Museum just along the road and many restaurants on the same stretch of road. Public parking is good and free at weekends. Restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful when checking in. Restaurant food was excellent in the evening, and breakfast was a pleasure. We stayed here purely so we could visit Gorlitz, Germany on foot. This hotel proved ideal for that. The floods throughout the area did cause the river to rise, but only affected the footpath along the riverbank.

Excellent super clean hotel. Friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. The beds with many pillows are very comfy. The buffet breakfast is outstanding. Water and tea are provided in the room as well as the welcome drink.
