We were so surprised. Apartment was beautiful and the pool outside with all the lights Wow!! Very very clean room spacious and good location. Beach is close few minutes by walk. Owner is funny and friendly he gave us few tips what to see where to go and eat. I strongly recommend.

Nick was very helpful! There are five beautiful peacocks and eleven cats. Our room was cleaned daily, even when we forgot to clean the coffee pot one morning. They provide ear plugs! The balcony is huge and the air conditioning works wonders. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, including a grill which we used almost every night. The sun room has a small pool table, a dart board, and board games. The social spaces are great but you could also just keep to yourself if you wanted.

Island with rich nature.

Island with rich nature. You should try bioluminescent tour at Mosquito Bay if you stay over night. Rental cars (or motor bikes or golf carts) are highly recommended to explore the island. You can enjoy beautiful black and white beaches, calm lakes, horses all around the island, a magnificent old Ceiba tree, etc. Joining horse riding tour was also good. I hope if I could see some historical places, as both of light house and fortress were closed when I visited. If you are interested in the history or nature of Vieques, Fideicomiso de Conservación e Historia de Vieques in Esperanza was good place to visit.

It is a beautiful Island 🏝️, the beaches are gorgeous and the people are friendly, we loved it. Playa Caracas was our favorite beach. Playa Negra has to be visited, is beautiful. El Norte to eat was delicious and a very good place to have brunch is Rooster.

A wonderful place to explore the beauty of the Caribbean.

A wonderful place to explore the beauty of the Caribbean. The snorkeling was fantastic, the beaches were stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For active travelers who like to make the most of their time, two days is enough to see the major attractions while still enjoying the island's relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful Island !!!

Beautiful Island !!! A jeep is a MUST to enjoy all the hidden beaches and back roads. The bioluminescent bay night boat tour is AMAZING. Pirate Bio Bay Tour company was excellent! Very good guides! Don't miss this opportunity!! Kristy's restaurant has an excellent breakfast.

Great experience, but plan your transport and Bio Bay timing We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of Vieques. Sun Bay Beach was absolutely excellent and a highlight of our trip. While the Black Sand Beach wasn't as impressive as we expected, the natural beauty of the island is undeniable. We also did a paired kayaking (bio tour) which was a great experience! Things to note: We chose not to rent a car, but keep in mind that taxis are $7–$8 per person for every ride, which adds up. Also, if you plan to do the Bio Bay tour, check the lunar calendar - we went during clear skies with a bright moon, so we didn't see much glow, though the kayaking itself was still fun. We missed Caracas Beach due to time, so plan for extra travel time!

We'd been to Culebra, the sister island.

We'd been to Culebra, the sister island. Vieques is much bigger. It's more complicated. While I drove a golf cart all over Culebra, I would not on Vieques. I just would not drive one on major roads between the North and South. Driving one Around Esperanza would be ok. We went during Spring Break and it I understand pushed service people. They'd been in some cases working extra hard for weeks. I think some Taxi drivers were worn out. There are tide pools on Sun Bay Beach, With Sea Urchins. Saw a couple of Mongoose. Weather was what was expected, warm and sunny. Coming back home to cold weather was a bummer. Just let folks know, we are not a young couple.

This is such a stylish hotel! And the location is unbeatable if you are choosing not to rent a car. I've been to Vieques many times and the strip where El Blok is located has good restaurants & nightlife. Plus, its close to the best beaches on the island and some good tour operators. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is amazing and John and Mike are so friendly. They made our stay so comfortable. The bed was so comfy and we really enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. They provide towels, bags, coolers, umbrellas and chairs to have a great day at the beach! We had the best time there!
