Perfect for guests seeking a tranquil retreat in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, halfway between historic Sintra and Cascais, this family-run bed and breakfast radiates a unique charm. Everything. The Quinta was furnished with antiques at every turn. Was so fun to see so many beautiful collectibles and Ana’s stories about them. Her Grandmother’s framed fans in the entryway are one of my favorites. What a photo opportunity! I love the gardens,so well kept and bountiful…the fresh squeezed orange juice came from her trees. The breakfast is delicious with so many homemade items…the yogurt she made is the best I’ve ever eaten as well as the jams. If Ana didn’t grow or make it, the food came from nearby farms. I felt at home at the Quinta and it is very relaxing.
Located in Azoia, 1.6 miles from Aroeira Beach, Charm Nature provides accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Perfect liocation, very personal attention! We would love to come back and stay for longer time
Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, Quinta do Cabo Guest house is located in Azóia, at a 20-minute drive from Colares and 22 mi from Lisbon. The grounds and interior of the home were immaculate. We were the only guests we saw throughout our stay and we felt as if the staff was catering to us. The owner was very welcoming from check-in to check-out. He helped us sort out a motorway charge, carried our very heavy bags up the stairs, was always available when we needed him and not present when we wanted to roam the grounds and feel left alone. Breakfast was plentiful and served in a beautiful dinning room. They have an honor bar that you're free to access whenever you want. If ever in the area, I would certainly stay here again!
We ate at 2 restaurants: 3 Gomes Restaurante and Refúgio da Roca and both were excellent. We also went to the Don Quixote bar on several occasions which was also really good with great views of the coast in the garden and was very close to the hotel once you exited the property. We chose Azoia as it was close to Sintra and Cascais. We are keen walkers so we walked to the Cabo da Roca Lighthouse.
