Breakfast great. Staff lovely. Great location near the bridge. The lady who worked in reception and breakfast was lovely, she spoke good English and gave us advice and answered all our questions. We gave us a very warm welcome.

Everything the place is spectacular, the attention to detail was unbelievable. Phillipa who welcomed us at the hotel was amazing. She was very welcoming and attentive with a lovely demeanour and always offering to help in any way. The hotel and its staff are all pet loving and we felt very comfortable in the hotel with our dog. The food at the restaurant was extremely good and the staff were very welcoming towards our dog. We will definitely be returning. Overall an unforgettable great experience.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is really attentive to the guests. Tranquil setting by the river 5min from the village centre. Lovely Breakfast is plenty with choices for everyone. Restaurant is good value for money

Everything. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful . Room wonderful- spacious and very comfortable. Pool area great. Food delicious and wide range of options.

The location of Imperio do Norte is unbeatable, right in the centre in front of the river and the pedestrian walk lined by centenary poplar trees. The hotel is solid, with wide corridors and clean, lean, and functional rooms. My room was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom, a desk, a fridge and a nice balcony. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The staff were efficient, professional and very helpful. Looking forward to staying here again.

The hotel is perfectly situated nesr the town but inside the golf course.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after a long day of walking. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to town but tucked away on a quiet side street so we slept great. The breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!"
