Eduardo and his parents were kind and gracious hosts. They went out of their way to make our check in, stay and visits to the vineyard as convenient as possible. Eduardo also especially arranged a pick up and drop to and from the Pinhao railway station as he was available at the time and at a minimal fee. The place was beautiful and clean. We got to taste the Portuguese traditional cuisine for dinner and breakfast was good with plenty of options at the buffet.

Everything was perfect, location, property. The drive to the property was beautiful with driveway lined with grapevines . The property is so breathtaking beautiful, you can walk through the vineyard. Pool was amazing, you hang over edge and view the Douro river. The house has 5 guest rooms which have all the amenities of a great boutique hotel from toiletries, bath robe and pool towels. The breakfast in the house dining room that was beautiful and also overlooking the Douro River. For lunch and dinner they had tapas which you could order and eat outside. They make their own wines and port which they gave us a wine tasting. They also book wine tasting tours, restaurants and river cruises. A truly amazing place to stay!
