Wow what a place to stay. The facility itself is impressive but the views even more impressive. The big challenge is getting there. A bit out of downtown Lamego and not easy to find even using Google maps. Missed the turn off three times - better signage would definitely help. Long winding road to get up to the facility so driving to get there late at night - need to be careful

Everything! Beautiful location, wonderful facilities, great breakfast (try the delicious scones), beautiful art allover the walls but the best of all is the owner. It was so clean and well set up, the host Antonio was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Introduced us to the restaurant next door, helped us set up a taxi to the train station. Sylvia made a lovely breakfast!
