The welcome at reception was lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious. There was a lovely welcome note with complimentary biscuits. Tea and coffee-making facilities were a bonus. We had a lovely walk around Lousa.

Beautiful little mountain village.

Beautiful little mountain village. It is like moving back in time. Great walks thru forest for experienced hikers. The drive to Talasnal is not for the faint of heart but is well worth it. The village has two excellent restaurants but bring what you need for your stay as there aren't many provisions on site. The house is on three floors and is very well appointed. Hostess was very thoughtful and available by phone.
