Amazing little house equipped with everything you may need or think of !! You can prepare your meal using local spices , get a fresh drink or a beer from the fridge, or play one of many board games that are available for the guests. No mosquito at that altitude so you can enjoy mornings and evenings on the terrace outside , appreciating the views. Great starting point for the walks to see all Cirque de Mafate ! We loved the place that is located in the middle of plantations and honestly could stay there at least 2-3 days ! Very recommended.

It's a beautiful property- the room and facilities were great. The dinner was delicious and extremely generous- Rum and wine included as well. Breakfast had some nice continental options and I especially enjoyed the herb tea. The host was wonderful- I don't speak French but was very easy using google translate. She gave great instructions for arrival. She also looked after me as and made sure I got to the start of my hike safely- she asked another couple to drop me at the trail on their way to Marla after she realised I was going to walk up the windy mountain road! If you are getting a bus there is also a stop right outside- although take care to plan as the buses don't run frequently.
